These terms govern your use of Letmett, a concierge marketplace for buying and selling event tickets in Bangkok. By submitting a buy request or creating a listing, you agree to them.
1. What Letmett is
Letmett is not a payment processor and does not host a checkout. A buy request and a listing are matched by an agent; the buyer transfers funds by bank transfer to Letmett's own account, and Letmett pays the seller after deducting a service charge, once the agent has verified delivery.
2. Accounts
One person, one account. Buyer and seller capability live on the same account — you become a seller by verifying a phone number or email, with no separate application. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details and contact channel current.
3. Buy requests
Submitting a request is not a purchase — it sets a ceiling price and lets an agent find a matching listing. You may cancel a request at no cost any time before you upload a transfer slip; after that, contact your agent.
4. Listings
A listing must be a ticket you genuinely hold, matching the category, quantity and seat details you enter. Listing a ticket you do not have, have already sold elsewhere, or cannot deliver is a violation that forfeits your deposit and freezes your account.
5. Payments and the service charge
Buyers pay exactly the agreed ask price — there is no buyer fee. Sellers are paid the ask price multiplied by quantity, minus a service charge shown before listing. All transfers are manual bank transfers verified by an agent; Letmett never asks for card details.
6. Seller deposits
Certain listings require a refundable deposit before going live, covering Letmett if a sale is not honoured. Deposits are returned in full once the corresponding sale is delivered and confirmed, and forfeited if the seller fails to deliver.
7. Refunds
If a seller fails to deliver a ticket after a buyer has paid, the buyer is refunded in full. Refunds are processed by an agent to the buyer's own bank account.
8. Prohibited conduct
Arranging payment or ticket handover outside the platform, sharing counterfeit or already-used tickets, and contacting a matched counterpart to bypass Letmett's agent are all grounds for suspension.
9. Liability
Letmett verifies tickets and identities to a reasonable standard but cannot guarantee a promoter will honour every ticket at the gate. Our liability is limited to funds actually held by Letmett for a given request or listing.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
