A buyer's payment is verified and the agent tells you to hand over the ticket.

Confirm the handover once the buyer has it. This is what starts your payout.

An agent prepares your payout
Your payout amount is the ask price times quantity, minus the service charge — shown to you before you ever list.

Letmett transfers your payout
Straight to the bank account on file, with a transfer reference you can see on your listing.

What's deducted, and when
Nothing is charged up front. The service charge only applies once a ticket actually sells.

About the seller deposit
Some listings require a refundable deposit before they go live — this covers Letmett if a seller fails to deliver after a sale. It's returned in full once the ticket is handed over and the buyer confirms receipt.
