Bangkok's ticket resale market had a trust problem.
We put a person in the middle of it.
Letmett exists because too many fans lost money to a stranger in a Facebook group who never sent the ticket. We built a concierge marketplace where a real agent checks every ticket, every seller, and every transfer before it happens.
Why we exist

Every ticket on Letmett is checked by a human agent before it is listed, and every payment is watched by the same agent before the ticket moves. We're not a listings board — we're the people standing between two strangers making sure the trade actually happens.

Letmett started with a simple rule that hasn't changed: no bank details change hands until an agent has checked both sides. Everything else — the app, the console, the categories — was built around keeping that one rule true at scale.
