How it works
One agent watches
every step, start to finish.
No stranger's bank account, no hoping the ticket is real. An agent verifies the seller, watches your payment, and only then does the ticket move.
The flow
From request to handover
Tell us what you want
Pick the event, the category and how many seats. No card, no checkout — just a request.
A real person checks the ticket
Your Letmett agent verifies the seller's ID and the ticket against the promoter record before you pay anything.
Pay Letmett, get the ticket
Transfer to Letmett's account, upload your slip, and your agent confirms it before the ticket moves. No buyer fee.
Why it works
Every seller is checked
An agent verifies the ticket against the promoter's record before it's ever shown to a buyer.
Letmett holds the money
Your transfer goes to Letmett's own bank account, never a stranger's. The seller is paid only after you confirm the ticket arrived.
No buyer fee
You pay exactly the ask price. The seller covers the service charge, not you.
A human, not a bot
Every request has a named agent reachable on Telegram or phone, 09:00–22:00 ICT.
Still have questions
Frequently asked
Do I pay Letmett?
Yes. You transfer the ask price to Letmett's own bank account — never to a seller. There is no buyer fee; the seller pays our service charge. Letmett holds your money until the ticket is in your hands.
What if the ticket never arrives?
The seller is not paid until your agent has verified your slip and the ticket has been handed over. If a seller fails to deliver, you are refunded in full, the seller loses their deposit and is frozen.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancelling is free right up until you upload a transfer slip. After that, ask your agent.
Why do you need attendee names and ID numbers?
Most promoters require the ticket holder's name to match their ID at the gate, and the seller cannot start the transfer without them. We never show them to anyone but your agent.
