Do I pay Letmett?
Yes. You transfer the ask price to Letmett's own bank account — never to a seller. There is no buyer fee; the seller pays our service charge. Letmett holds your money until the ticket is in your hands.
What if the ticket never arrives?
The seller is not paid until your agent has verified your slip and the ticket has been handed over. If a seller fails to deliver, you are refunded in full, the seller loses their deposit and is frozen.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancelling is free right up until you upload a transfer slip. After that, ask your agent.
Why do you need attendee names and ID numbers?
Most promoters require the ticket holder's name to match their ID at the gate, and the seller cannot start the transfer without them. We never show them to anyone but your agent.
