For sellers
Paid by bank transfer,
after the buyer confirms.
No payout gateway, no waiting on a platform balance — an agent transfers your payout to your own bank account once the sale is complete.
The payout process
From sold to paid out
- 1
Your ticket is matched and sold
A buyer's payment is verified and the agent tells you to hand over the ticket.
- 2
You transfer the ticket
Confirm the handover once the buyer has it. This is what starts your payout.
- 3
An agent prepares your payout
Your payout amount is the ask price times quantity, minus the service charge — shown to you before you ever list.
- 4
Letmett transfers your payout
Straight to the bank account on file, with a transfer reference you can see on your listing.
Pricing
What's deducted, and when
Nothing is charged up front. The service charge only applies once a ticket actually sells.
| Item | Value | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer fee | ฿0 | Buyers pay the ask price and nothing more. |
| Service charge | 5% | Deducted from the sale before Letmett pays you. |
| Listing deposit | ฿500 per listing | Refunded in full when your sale completes; kept if you fail to hand over a matched ticket. |
| Buyer payment window | 5 hours | How long a matched buyer has to transfer before the match is released. |
About the seller deposit
Some listings require a refundable deposit before they go live — this covers Letmett if a seller fails to deliver after a sale. It's returned in full once the ticket is handed over and the buyer confirms receipt.
Have a ticket ready to sell?
Listing takes about two minutes, and there's nothing to pay unless it sells.
